We provide you with a full toxin exposure assessment of your home as well as a 133 - page guide of low tox products for your home. Each week we tackle a different area! We go at your pace- small swaps make a big difference!

We teach you how to find that balance in your life → enjoying food while fueling your body, find movement you love again and rest when you need it, push yourself to meet your next goal, all while also managing your current life. It's not about “doing it all." It's about learning what to prioritize and when! Emotional regulation is crucial!
